Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you book lessons with me at SAI School Of Motoring. If you have any questions, get in touch before your first lesson.

Bookings

Lessons are booked by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form, and are confirmed once we've agreed a date and time directly.

Block bookings are paid for in advance and used within the timeframe agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

If I need to cancel a lesson, you'll be offered the next available slot at no extra cost.

Payment

Prices for each course are shown on the Services section of this site and are confirmed before your first lesson. Payment is due at the time of, or immediately after, each lesson unless a block booking has already been paid for.

Fitness to drive

You must hold a valid provisional (or full) UK driving licence and meet DVSA eyesight and medical fitness requirements for every lesson. I may decline a lesson if you appear unfit to drive, including through alcohol, drugs, or tiredness.

Liability

Lessons are conducted in a dual-control vehicle, and I'm a DVSA approved instructor. While I take every reasonable care, driving lessons carry inherent risk and neither of us can guarantee against every outcome, including test results.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time to reflect how I run lessons. The current version always applies to bookings made after it's published.
